With the development of market economy, the improvement of people's living standard, and the more diversification of product style, quality becomes the focus of user attention and embodies the core competitiveness of enterprises."Quality is the life of enterprise"is proofed by many enterprises with experience and lesson, and more and more customers prefer products produced by"to the quality of survival" enterprise. In a word, quality is a foundation, and not high quality product, the enterprise is no brand, and can't form a competitive advantage. From the forming stages of products, quality control can be divided into quality control of the product design , machining, assembling and sales service. Machining stage and assembling stage belong to manufacturing stage, and are two core works of manufacturing stage. We know that the design quality is the precondition and manufacturing quality is guaranteed, and if quality assurance of the manufacturing process is poor, design quality cannot be reflected, and product quality can't be improved. Machining stage belongs to manufacturing stage, and has the same role, which is quality assurance. Therefore, the machining process is an important link of product quality, improving quality assurance ability of the machining process is particularly important to the enterprise survival and development.Because quality characteristic is various in the product manufacturing process, them importance is different, and demand of human and material is different also to control, different treatment is need. In addition, Bionic technology gradually become the frontiers of science, many bionic technology has more mature, application effect is remarkable, and application immune mechanism to control quality in the machining process is worth further research topic. In view of the above reasons, this paper puts forward two core technology to control and prevention quality in the product machining process, which is the extraction model of the key quality characteristics oriented machining process, and the immune prevention and control technology of key quality characteristics in the machining process. The former can focus control key on the important quality characteristics. The latter can realize the prevention and control of key quality characteristic, and improve quality assurance ability in the machining process. The main research contents of paper are as follows: In the first chapter, the paper detailed description the research situation of quality control in the machining process, reviewed the extraction technology of key quality characteristics and quality control technology, and simply introduced the research framework, main contents, topic source and innovative points.In the second chapter, the paper depth introduced quality characteristic, quality characteristic important degree and grading in the machining process, expounded the origins and evolution of quality in the machining process, and given the evolutionary chain of quality characteristic to the machining level Then, considering long and complex evolutionary chain of quality characteristics, and mapping number, the paper gives the simplified model. Finally, the second chapter detailed analyzed the key quality characteristics in the machining process and given the definition, and simply introduced key quality characteristic defect factor in the machining process and analysis model.In the third chapter, based the simplified model of evolution chain to machining process, according to the design process and user demand, using QFD and neural network techniques, the paper given the determination method of the relative importance about user needs, and the mapping degrees of quality characteristic between the user needs and manufacturing process. Finally, the third chapter put forward the extraction technology of key quality characteristics in the product machining process.In the fourth chapter, using defect factor of key quality characteristic in the machining process, the paper established condition characteristic vector of key quality characteristic in the machining process. Then, imitating the biological immune function designed immune prevention and control technology of key quality characteristic. Finally, the four functions of immune prevention and control technology of key quality characteristic was introduced. Those are immune recognition, immunological rejection, immune memory, adaptive immunoregulation.In the fifth chapter, the paper researched the application of the extraction model of the key quality characteristics oriented machining process, and the immune prevention and control technology of key quality characteristics. Finally, the fifth chapter has given the specific cases.In the sixth chapter, the paper given the research conclusion, discussed the research prospect.
