With the development of society, the demand of people for products is becoming more and more diversified and personalized. And quality has become the key focus of user attention, so whether the quality is good or not will directly affect the enterprise’s competitiveness. Quality is the fundamental survival of enterprise, in order to get continuous growth, the enterprise must improve the quality level of products. From the entire cycle of product formation, quality control includes design process,manufacturing process and sales service process. Design phase is the premise of quality assurance, manufacturing process is the guarantee of the quality and sales service is the feedback, if the manufacturing level is poor, it will directly affect quality of product. Therefore, the key quality characteristic that has a major impact on product quality needs to be extracted and then controlled, to improve production’s quality. Thus,this paper puts forward the research topic that centers on the extraction of key quality characteristic of refrigerant compressor and its control method. The concrete contents of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, this paper make a in-depth introduction of product processing quality characteristic, and the key quality characteristics and division level; Describes the simplified model of evolution chain of processing quality characteristic; briefly introduces the basic theory of key quality characteristic control techniques.Secondly, this paper studies the extraction and ordering of key product processing quality feature. Aimed at the uncertainty and complexity of key design quality feature extraction, this paper respectively uses analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to establish the extraction model of key processing quality feature, then adopts geometric mean method to optimize and combine the two methods, determines the key quality characteristic, and conducts the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on extraction result of optimization.Thirdly, this paper briefly introduces failure mode and effects analysis method,and uses fault tree analysis to analyze the flaw factors of key processing quality characteristic, then remove the factors with a good condition and little influence on product quality. And it converts the analyzed quality feature flaw factors into quality feature affecting factors of hierarchical structure, uses analytic hierarchy process method to evaluate the main influence factors and draws up quality characteristic control plan.Finally, a numerical example shows that the research method is helpful to guide enterprise control key quality characteristics of fluctuations, and improve product quality and market competitiveness.
