Missiles' Three-Dimensional Design And The Research Of Numerical Control Technology

This thesis is mainly in view of the features of lots of varieties and mass missiles' production in military industry enterprises,developed missiles' parameter design system, missiles' automatic-assemble system, missiles' NC procedure and the manufacture parameter management system. The result of this research has certain positive significance to improve the abilities of rapid design and manufacture for enterprises.Establish various parameterized models of standard missiles' parts with the theory of parameter technology. On this basis, using Pro/TOOLKIT and VC++6.0 develope 3-D interactive parameter design system; with the visual interface programming technology of MFC, In the dynamic link library(DLL) form,drive the 3D template's parameter. Using this method to establish the whole frame of 3-dimentional parts library; Establish self-definition automatic-assemble program to realize the automatic-assemble function. With this function engineer can assemble missiles' parts by Pro/E faster. The parts can be automatic-replaced and also can be finished interactive parameter design in assemble mode; With UG/Open API technology and VC++6.0 to develop the NC procedure and the manufacture parameter management system based on UG/CAM. Detailed descript cutting parameters information query system. Put NC machine tool information to the information management system, service for engineer to query and modify.
