Friction and wear properties of slide directly affect the reliability of the flap movement mechanism of civil aircraft. At present, Quantitative calculation of wear especially the rolling wear is not clear. In order to get the wear properties of kinematic pair and provide an evaluation of flap movement mechanism of civil aircraft, wear properties test of slide has been studied including two commonly used materials: titanium and steels, two kinds of surface roughness, slide surface coating materials and coating processesAs the experimental piece is special and complex experimental factors should be considered, this paper mainly studied about loading methods of the slide wear test machine, motion control, data acquisition, test machine control system and structure refinement.This paper, which is under the background of the project, includes the following studies:First, according to the structural principle, characteristics of slide wear test machine, monitoring and control system implementation plan is developed, and testing parameters and detection method is identified. Computer software has been developed for on-line monitoring, analysis and dissemination of control instructions, experimental data in different states and different loads has been restored.Second, the appropriate sensor, hydraulic actuators, and several analog conversion of the necessary equipment has been selected for the desired measurement and control of the physical quantity, the monitoring and control system hardware modules has been established.Then development and application of virtual instrument and the structure of control software system has been introduced in details.Finally this paper described debugging of the slide wear test machine control system, introduced the process of testing equipment and experiments in a brief, and accessed the main function of control system.
