Hydraulic transmission has been widely used in the fields of industrial production and daily life as having advantages of high power quality ratio, realizing variable speed control, conveniently manipulation and control. Hydraulic transmission working fluids is an important part of the hydraulic system, all kinds of hydraulic components in the system are connected up a whole organically through it so as to realize the transmission of signal and energy, and has the functions of lubrication, rust prevention, cooling and so on. Hydraulic systems can be efficient, reliable and economical to work depends largely on the performance of the hydraulic transmission working fluids. Hydraulic transmission working fluids should not only have suitable viscosity, good anti-rust property, demulsibility, oxidation stability and compatibility, and more importantly has excellent anti-wear performance, to the greatest extent reducing the wear of friction pairs of hydraulic components in the system, helping extend the service life of hydraulic components and systems, improve the energy efficiency of the hydraulic system. With the continuous improvement of working pressure to hydraulic system and constant application of new hydraulic transmission, the traditional anti-wear test-bed for hydraulic oil are not able to meet requirements of the rapid development of hydraulic transmission technology.This paper is based on traditional anti-wear test-bed for hydraulic oil, the high pressure anti-wear performance test-bed is constructed through using high pressure hydraulic pump take full account of physical and chemical characteristics of new type hydraulic transmission working fluids and analyze the production of its anti-wear mechanism, focusing on the analysis and design of the test-bed for hydraulic control systems, data acquisition systems and the interface of testing system.This paper first introduces the classification and requirements of hydraulic transmission working fluids and anti-wear testing devices which are commonly used, particularly against traditional test-bed to hydraulic oil anti-wear performance, provides analysis and points out its problems. Outlines the wear system of test pump and the wear form of friction pairs, analyze the anti-wear performance mechanism for different kinds of hydraulic transmission fluids and their additives. Then according to the latest development of hydraulic transmission technology for selecting testing hydraulic pumps, loading valves, sensors, data acquisition cards, an industrial control computer, switching power supply and other components, thus building a test-bed for hydraulic control systems, data acquisition systems and electrical control systems. Finally, with the application of graphical programming software LabVIEW designs the software of testing system.
