As everyone knows, DC drive system is difficult to overcome the shortcomings of the existence of mechanical commutation and brushes, with the development of power electronic devices, microelectronics and control theory, especially the emergence of vector control technology and direct torque control technology, AC drive system has been equipped with DC drive system performance, and demonstrate the trend to replace the DC drive system. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with its small size, light weight, high efficiency, and has gradually become the mainstream of AC servo system.Predictive control as a kind of intelligent control methods, do not reliant on an accurate mathematical model of control object, is a kind of new control strategies that can better inhibit parameters change, disturbance and various uncertainties interference, used in AC servo system with a combination of conventional control methods can be a good way to overcome the shortcomings come from parameters change and the various uncertainties of traditional PID control method.This thesis established the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor at first, introduced predictive control based on the vector control of PMSM, designed speed controller based on the optimization of model algorithm control, And used Matlab/Simulink built a simulation model of the whole system, compared with the conventional vector control system of PMSM when mismatch in the model. With TI's motor dedicated digital signal processor TMS320LF2407 for the system control core, Constructed a vector-controlled servo system of PMSM based on the optimization of model algorithm control, carried out experiments on it, and received the relevant waveform, verify the feasibility of this method.
