The disassemblibility research of retired products is the important section in the products'life cycle, a precondition for implementing recycle and remanufacture of products, a key technique for improving the disassembly efficiency of mass retired products and implementing the automatic disassembly flow shop. At the same time, it is also one of important measures for improving the environment and the reusability of resources. However,for lacking of uniform standards as a guide in domestic,the disassembly process is still a low efficiency labor-intensive industries,following the environment consciousness strengthens gradually, how to improve the disassembly efficiency of retired products,and implement the automatic disassembly have become a hot topic at present.The recycle law of current domestic and foreign about retired product is briefly summarized at first, as well as the existing problems in current researches. For solving the existing problem, information matter element, information relation element and information event element among components are described through integrated application of conjugate theory in the Extension. Then, a model of disassembly information primitive in retired products is established, which is provided a theory basis for the following analysis and research.Based on the model of disassembly information primitives, in order to overcome the combination explosion of graph used in evaluation of product's disassemblibility, the new method is stated based on the theory of disassembly extension set, the relations among the connection forms, space geometry restrain, spatial accessibility and disasssemblibility are discussed, then the evaluation process and formula for the calculation of disassemblibility are presented. According to the value of correlation function, the product disassembly extension set is divided into different disassembly areas. Through the division and classification of components, a theoretical basis is provided for the prompt disassembly and product improvement design. A complete evaluation of disassemblibility about an engine of chain saw is performed as a case study, which improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.The contradictory problem of disassembly area is proposed through the analysis of uncertainty state of retired products and combination with the disassemblibility of products structures. Existing methods of disassembly are introduced, and which is combined with extension transformation calculation for solving the contradictory problem. Through the implication analysis of the contradictory problem, kinds of disassembly methods are combined by using four extensions transformation calculations for implementation of products disassembly. And the method is applied on an engine of chain saw disassembly process to verify the feasibility of the method.Finally, utilizing the methods proposed in this paper, a recycle disassembly simulation platform of retired products is established based on VB6.0 and DELMIA, and the basic functions, structure, and operational flow are introduced.
