In spacious room,airflow organization is the difficulty in the design of air conditioning system.The temperature,humidity,velocity parameters are all very important,the reasonable parameters can make athletes and spectators to feel comfortable, and these parameters has important implications on the game. Like badminton, table tennis ball, if the speed is more than allowed speed, balls will be affected in the air. So indoor air parameters, especially the speed in the competition area , is the key and difficult point in air conditioning design. Because indoor air distribution by be effected by many factors, it is difficult to reveal its distribution. In recent years, with the development of the computer and the widespread application, numerical ability is high and higher,and it creates conditions to calculate airflow organization with fluid dynamics. Computational Fluid Dynamics is grown up with computer and it is a new science, therefore the CFD simulation method to simulation airflow organization.is in the ascendant.Based on the CFD simulation software, a sports gym airflow organization is simulated and analyzed.Build four models:stratified air conditioning lateral supply and down return in summer and winter,up supply and down return in summer and winter. On the basis of theoretical analysis and assumptions of the physical model and mathematical model, process boundary conditions using k-εmodel combining wall function method, simulate indoor airflow organization using k-εmodel and SIMPLE method.Based on the numerical simulation results,I compared stratified air conditioning with up supply and down return system.Result shows:in summer the layered air-conditioning system can meet with the need of the big ball game(such as basketball and volleyball),and has better energy saving effect compared with the up supply and down return air conditioning system,but because the speed in the game zone is larger than 0.2m/s,it cannot meet with the needs of the small ball game(such as badminton,table tennis);Facing this situationg,it is a good method to change the sending air,reduce the air speed.In winter ,both the two system can meet with either the big ball game or the small ball game.In another way ,the up supply and down return air conditioning system has better energy saving effect than the stratified air conditioning system in winter.At the same time , I analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the airflow,and this has realistic significance.
