In recent years,with the rapid social and economic growth in our country,the living standards of the people have been significantly improved.All kinds of electricity users have put forward higher requirements on the reliability and quality of electricity supplied and distributed.As an important part of the power system,which is directly connected with the users and distributes the power to the users,whether the power distribution system operates normally or not directly affects all aspects of people's daily production and life,it is of great significance to intelligently monitor the power distribution system.Intelligent distribution monitoring system is based on the existing distribution network and distribution equipment,the traditional distribution monitoring technology and modern advanced automatic measurement and control technology,high-speed communications technology and computer technology to form a combination of new distribution monitoring system.In this paper,based on the distribution automation of smart grid as the background,close to the trend of power development,combined with the characteristics of distribution automation system,designed an intelligent monitoring system dedicated to low voltage distribution room.Based on the distribution automation and intelligent construction of power system,this paper designs a smart distribution monitoring system dedicated to low voltage power distribution room,which is closely related to the development trend of power distribution and the development of distribution monitoring system in our country.The whole system is divided into intelligent distribution monitoring terminal and LAB VIEW PC software in two parts.The overall monitoring terminal MCU +ASIC structure,that is,based on the Cortex-M3 core STM32F103R8T6 microcontroller and based on DSP three-phase multi-function energy metering IC ADE7878 as a monitoring terminal hardware main frame.Terminal hardware and software are used modular design concept,according to the function is divided into several modules and detailed design of each module in order to achieve the corresponding function,greatly improving the scalability and maintainability of the system.In order to improve the system's human-computer interaction ability and data processing capability,this paper designs a PC-based monitoring software based on LABVIEW.Distribution monitoring terminal through the RS485 bus and the host computer for data transmission,and the received power distribution system data through the main interface real-time display and stored in the database for later data processing and analysis.The experiment proves that the intelligent distribution monitoring system designed in this paper has achieved good results in measurement accuracy and practicability,and has complete functions and fully meets the distribution monitoring requirements of low voltage distribution room.
