Study On The Distribution Of Large Gymnasium And Its Spatial Differentiation Of Usage In Beijing

Ror a long period from past ,Chinese Urban Planning have been more focusing on Physical Space Planning ,specializing in the decision of urban functional zone ,than needs of human ,thus ,this phenomenon cut off relationships between human and environment viewed by the Human-Land Theory of Human Geography Science .Then ,some problems have risen .Furthermore ,with the transition of economical system and social structure ,it became heavily and heavily. However, Urban Social Geography have advantages of researching human as well as space ,which is facilitated to above problems ,so gaining rapid development recently.This Thesis, targeting in Large Gymnasium located in eight town in Beijing, research and analysis the P.E .Cultural Space from the view of Urban Social Geography, as one of the Beijing social pace Meantime,with the first-hand materials from questionnaire based on the software of Excel and SPSS and GIS. Hoping to provide demonstrates and fundamental support. In chapter one ,introduce research background and practical meaning, for the purpose of making it easier to reader, it also explain related research objects ,next ,introduce the technical routine and the methods of research. In chapter two, review the research theory involved in,including Spatial Differentiation ,Facilities Planning, and so on, which have been the foundation of followed demonstrated research. Next, analysis and research distribution of Large Gymnasium and its usage applying fixation data and random data .At last ,the research results shown that distribution of Large Gymnasium is unreasonable, which characterized of big Agglomeration and minor Distribution, Northern weight and Southern light, with the preparing of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games ,it became more serious .And, the unreasonable distribution also brought about insufficient of usage, showing that the rate of usage by the old is more less than the young's, from the aspect of satiable degree, the citizen lived in inner city is obviously higher than the external city. General speaking ,Social Spatial Differentiation have been risen ,but not obvious ,which situation is related with the stage of transition which Chinese society is and as well as the development of P.E .Industry .
