History experiences and knowledge retrieving and reusing is the most work in product design process, then acquiring new knowledge. Knowledge sharing and reusing will make product development cycles shorter and product quality improvement. because the product features, structure and highly collaborative development process is more complex knowledge-intensive, and knowledge association between more complex and diverse, such as aircraft, ships, manufacturing equipment and other complex product development process, thence, it is more urgent for design experience, knowledge acquisition, sharing and retrieval and reusing in a complex product development process, it is more prominent importance, but also more difficult. In additional, the product design process knowledge of the 3D model is a very important. But there is no framework for a complete product design process which can push the 3D model of knowledge actively. This paper proposed a product design process knowledge reuse framework. The framework for the product design process knowledge supply model, this model includes the supply of 3D model retrieval and context-based knowledge (3D model of knowledge) of the initiative to push. The model is applied to the ReKM product design knowledge management system. In additional, this paper gives a solution that ReKM system integrates into commercial PDM system (Windchill).
