The Study On Communication Space Of Wuhan New Residential Community

With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the living and habitation condition of residents has great improvement. The residential community have many successful experiences, but still have some deletion of the design. Many new residential communities just meet the residents'material needs, but neglect the spiritual demand. The residents have the house, but they don't have the feeling of homeland. Today we can seldom see liveliness spectacle of residents'contact. The residential lack of communication. The old people are lonely. The childen are lack of playmate. Because of these social problems, residents'contact has became the attentione of whith people focus.What is the characteristic of residents'daily contact and activity in new residential communities? And what about the communication conditions? What is the new requirements that residents'request to the new living environment? What is the new problem that the new residential communities must face to? These have aroused the author very big interest. The author want to investigation a community in which the residents'contact condition is good, then we can define the characteristic of the residents'contact and the relationship between the residents'contact and the community space.This paper is based on the observation of the residents'contact and the analysis of communication space. Then we can summary the interactive rule between the contact and the space, and discuse the design strategy of communication space. This paper include eight chapters:At the start , it is exordium. It introduces the paper's origin, research objective, research content, research status at home and abroad, research method, related concepts and technical framework.In the first chapter, it reviews the related contents and properties of the residents'contact and communication space. It can provide the theoretical basis for research.In the second chapter, it makes the plan of investigation and clarity the data and the information which the research needs.In the third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter, it investigats and analysises on the example. Observe the residents'daily contact, analysis the communication space, investigation and interview the residents, then summarise the interaction rules of contact and space.In the sixth chapter, it is based on the results of servey and analyses. Then formulate the design strategy of community communication space. For convenience induction, the communication space is divided into different levels and different types.The seventh chapter is concluding remarks, it is the residents'comprehending when researching. And it is put forward some deficiency of this paper.
