Research & Application Of Integrated Production Operation Management System For Universal Gasoline Engines Assembly Shop

Universal gasoline engines mainly refer to the mechanical equipments which are driven by thermal power, such as the general generators, pumps, lawn mower, etc. Universal gasoline engines manufacturing enterprises have a large quantity and are widely distributed, with multi-varieties and small-batch as the production mode of its assembly shop. As the market competition become more and more fierce, under the production mode of multi-varieties and small-batch, the agility and flexibility of controlling of assembly production plan and its implementation have become the key factors for the enterprises to win the competition. Information technology gives an effective way to improve the production management and market responsive ability of assembly shop. Therefore, it is significant for assembly shop to utilize the information technology to achieve the target of agility, real-time capability and flexibility. Based on the concept of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), combined with the domestic and international relevant research results, the integrated production operation management system for universal gasoline engines assembly shop is researched in this paper.Firstly, based on the characteristics and needs of universal gasoline engines assembly shop production operation management, an integrated production operation management system for universal gasoline engines assembly shop is proposed. Meanwhile the architecture, function structure, running process and the whole information integration framework of the system are established. And the architecture consists of system architecture, function structure and network framework.Secondly, the general technical framework of the system is put forward which consists of main techniques, special techniques and supporting techniques, among which the production information real-time interactive technology of universal gasoline engines assembly shop based on multifunctional interactive information terminals and the production operation dynamic scheduling method of universal gasoline engines assembly shop are studied.Finally, based on the research above, according to the present situation of assembly shop production operation management and the needs of a universal gasoline engines manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, an integrated production operation management system for its assembly shop is developed and applied. And the application result is good.
