Pneumatic marking technology is the marking technology that use the numerical control equipment to control the print needle by according to the edited tracking movement of characters or graphics, at the same time use the pneumatic device to control the high pressure gas to high impact the needle for forming the dense matrix composed of a character or graphic in the surface of the parts. Pneumatic marking system is one of the products that is composed of mechanical, electronic, pneumatic technology and CNC technology,it is widely used in industrial applications. In recent years, with the development of computer technology, USB2.0 interface, with its many advantages have been popular, therefore, it is necessary to developthe pneumatic marking machine system based on high-speed USB2.0 interface to enhance the competitiveness of products. According to the actual needs of the subject a solution is proposed for the pneumatic marking machine system based on high-speed USB2.0 interface in the article.According to the steps in the development the system is introduce in turn from both software and hardware programs. The PC client software is developed by using Visual Basic, the USB Function Driver is developed by using DriverStudio, the dynamic link library developed by using Visual C++ is used to exchang data between the client software and the USB Function Driver program, USB interface circuit diagram is developed by using the Altium Designer and is produced into printed circuit boards, the USB2.0 chip CY7C68013A produced by CYPRESS is used to achieve data transmission as USB function device chip, AT89S52 chip is commonly used to complete the interpolation operator,the control of the stepper motor and pneumatic solenoid valves, the firmware of the chips developed by the Keil uVision4 and burned into the chip in the corresponding, finally, the system is tested as a whole.The system is practical, the use of independent design USB2.0 interface system, anti-interference ability, high degree of hardware integration, low power consumption, low cost, hot-swappable, plug and play compatibility. USB data transmission use the Slave FIFO mode of the CY7C68013A, the speed of the data transmission mode is fast, it can complete the data transmission stably. The communication between the USB2.0 data transfer module and the PC use the dynamic link library package, to ensure that the module under different programming platform versatility, ease of use, ease of system upgrade.
