With the global desertification becoming more and more serious, People's ardor of sand prevention,sand governance and exploration is growing increasingly. Yulin Sand Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park is formed on the basis of people's desire to improve the sand ecology and production environment.This paper, mainly through theoretical analyzing and case studying on the Science and Technology Industrial Park as well as Agricultural Science and Technology Industrial Park at domestic and abroad, aims at exploring a set of contents and methods for planning and design which are suitable for Yulin Sand Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park, Which would provide references for the more in-depth and concrete theoretical research and planning practice on the Sand Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park in the future.Yulin Sand Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park are our first planning in our country, compared with the traditional industrial park planning from the ecological control,industrial model and spatial layout to the operation and management, which is innovative and very important siginificance of research and reference.In this paper, it takes agriculture science and technology industrial park design and planning as theory basis, as well as takes Yulin Sand Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park as research object. It specifically includes four areas: putting forward the "concentric circles" spatial structure model of land use for the land layout planning problem of the Sand Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park; bringing forward the "incubator of radiation-type" technology extension model for the technology promotion model problem.
