| The aircraft want to be carried out a variety of tests in the process of development, production and using. The purpose of the testing is to check and verify the function and technic of the aircraft. It will found the fault location and adjust the parameters of failure or replace the defective parts to ensure product of aircraft and troops in line with the technical performance of the aircraft used in a good state of combat readiness.The paper discussed the importance of the testing of the aerocraft launcher set in the system of the aerocraft testing. It elaborated the software workflow of this project and analysed the functional requirements of this three software included this project and the communication between them. And it talked the design of the TMS320LF2407 DSP(Digital Signal Processing/Processor), the WDM driver as well as the millisecond timer's.The article analysed the operating environment of the project including the hardware and software development environment. For this environment, different external interfaces had designed in order to achieve real-time data communications.And according to the structure of the entire test bed design, to achieve three different functions of the data acquisition and control software, PCI interface drivers and PC software test software, I used the Code Composer C2000 to design and practice seven moudules of the data acquisition and control software including the module of the input and the output, the module of the timing count, the module of the AD sampling, the module of the audio signal frequency measurement, the module of the line signal frequency measurement, the module of the launch delay time measurement and the module of the main procedure. I used the Driver Studio3.1 to design and practice these 2 works of the PCI driver interface including the driver and the application. I used the Visual C + + to design and practice these 14 modules of the test bed software including the module of the HS3282 communication protocol format and ARINC429 communication protocol format conversion, the module of the HS3282 format and long plastic variable format conversion, the module of the data acquisition board communication, the module of the reading of the information 429 communication, the module of the power supply detection, the module of the AD sampling, the module of the photoelectric signal test, the module of the combat aircraft test, the module of the training aircraft test, the module of the communication 429 samples, the module of the state test, the module of the test, the module of the data saved and the module of the main process. In this paper, from the IPO to the flow chart for each module, it is designedd and practice in details.Under the driver's support, the overall system procedure realizes the transmission of the superior machine test panel software and the lower position machine data acquisition software. The lower position machine data acquisition software can the real-time response the instruction of superior machine test panel software's and the judgment signal impulse and the real-time signal. The superior machine test panel software may real-time compare the data between one which obtains from the testing set with the lower position machine data acquisition software and the other carries on the data directly with the superior machine with the flight vehicle launch box 429. The software had realized the test data communication, and the data had been real-time showed on the interface. And after the test completed, the data which on the contact surface might also import to excel form to be saved.After a lot of testing and trial, the program had achieved the design goal which is convenient and practical. And the program had advantages of a glance at the interface and easy to operate. |
