Anti-lock braking system is commonly used foe vehicle active safety technology, it can prevent wheel lock entirely during vehicle braking, so as to achieve shorter braking distance and time and the vehicle of braking still has a valid purpose of handing. Ensure the maneuverability as well as improve the safety of car.First of all, expounded the structure and working principle of the anti-lock braking system. Analysis on the effect of braking, adhesion of the road, slip rate, road friction coefficient to braking effect during vehicle braking. Established the three degree of freedom two-wheeled vehicle model with’magic formula’nonlinear tire model in Matlab/Simulink trough data analysis, curve fitting, and other ways. Established logic threshold value anti-lock braking control strategy in Stateflow module. To validate the effectiveness of control strategies trough the Simulink simulation module base on the three degrees of freedom two-wheeled vehicle.Control strategy load vehicle dynamics model of KMRTS driving simulation system after simulation analysis of their effectiveness and optimization. Achieving the vehicle ABS simulation experiment of driver’s in-loop. Visual display the process of front and rear wheels are fitted with ABS vehicle are avoiding obstacles and not lose handing and stability under emergency braking conditions. Analysis of the ABS system actual control process in the driver’s in-loop conditions. Provided an effective way to driver’s in-loop simulation experiment of ABS control module.
