There are a lot of tall buildings,which is in the upper set to small bay residential, lower for offices and business places of big width room, making the lower floors of the building vertical function dividing vertical structure or form and the upper floors difference is bigger, then you need to decorate level conversion component which is used to converting structure, namely the structure transformation layer.But the current study of high-rise building structure analysis lacks of a perfect plan, so the transformation characteristics of the building structure, putting forward reasonable analysis method and the dynamic characteristics of the transition layer, the influence law of under seismic action, etc., have an important practical significance.Then this article will revolve around seismic torsional component and beam transformation layer structure analyses.Based on the finite element software ANSYS, we establish the high-rise building structure and a common frame structure,the Under the action of the earthquake, making the elastic-plastic time history analysis, analyzing the structure of the dynamic characteristics and seismic response. Get the following main conclusion:(1) The transformation layer structure which unders the multi-dimensional earthquake translational responses significantly greater than one-way response under seismic action, the structure of the whole reverse reaction also increases, corner column, side column, the column of the internal force and the hysteresis curve will show different changes.(2) The seismic torsional component of structural torsional effect is very significant, and the transformation layer structure responses more significantly than the general frame of structure. No matter the earthquake waveof EI or wenchuan, the transformation layer has the biggest displacement between layers, and the interlayer displacement angle is also the biggest.(3)With the increase of conversion layer location, converting the displacement between layers of floor, interlayer displacement mutations seriously, axial force, shearing force, bending moment and internal force changes larger, torsional component’s influence on the structure is becoming more and more significant, so in the future seismic design, it is not suitable to set higher position transformation layer, and consider the effect of torsional component on the transformation layer structure comprehensively at the same time.
