Durability of concrete has been more and more concerned in the field of Engineering.This paper carries out the study about the high-performance concrete added high-performance additives and mineral aggregates into 42.5MPa ordinary cement.Based on the continuous box girder bridge of the class I Highway of National Highway No.209,the purpose of this paper is to settle the problem about the poor strength stability and high production cost about the concrete made with special cement in Inner Mongolia region.52 classes proportions about concrete added with onlying fly ash or fly ash and fine ore are designed in this paper,and complete the test indoors.Measure the index included the performance、strength and durability of concrete,at the same time,complete the collection and analyzise of test datas.Under two circumstances,to analyze the inflence of different amounts of cementitious materials and mineral aggregates on the performance of concrete.8 kinds of mixture ratios were optimized and one box girder was made to proceed the static test.The results indicate that the bearing capacity and crack resistance of girder satisfy the design requiements,the girder could be applied to build the bridge.In addition,the comparetive analysis results show that the production cost of Grade C50 concrete prepared in doing research can cut down up to 94.3 yuan/m3,compared with that of Grade C50 concrete made with special cement of 52.2MPa.
