Since the structure of the aging and environmental pollution,the durability of the concrete structure is attracting more and more attention by a large number of domestic and foreign researchers,in our country is in coastal and offshore concrete structures,because of the Marine environment by water invasion in water level fluctuation area or caused serious damage of the steel corrosion in concrete structures,cause steel corrosion and make the structure occurred early damage,lost the durability of the structure,has caused great harm and great loss.In order to effectively enhance the durability of concrete structure in Marine environment and the service life,in order to ensure the service life of concrete structures,this paper achieve the 100 wenzhou district railway line S1 efficacious super-large bridge engineering,the following research:(1)to determine the technical requirements of raw materials selection,quality selection,application and the economic and reasonable,has the operability of construction varieties of raw materials,and control the quality fluctuation of raw materials to ensure the performance and fuel economy of concrete.(2)with dosage of cement,mineral powder dosage,sand ratio as the main influencing factors,general orthogonal experiment design the changes of factors of the concrete strength,elastic modulus and apparent density of concrete,12 w the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of performance indexes such as the influence of the trend,and selected the optimal combination of the Marine structure durable concrete mixture ratio.(3)the selected the optimal combination of the Marine structure durable concrete mixture ratio,using three different brands poly carboxylic acid of high performance admixture of concrete mixture performance,physical and mechanical performance,long term and durable performance,process test performance is studied,its construction mixture ratio.(4)on the premise of guarantee the performance of the Marine structure durable concrete and from the economic consideration,the Marine structure durable concrete and the optimized design of the Marine structure durable concrete and get that can satisfy the requirement of construction of various performance,and can save the cost of a high quality of the Marine structure durable concrete.
