| Hydraulic cylinders are the core executive components of modern equipment systems.Studying their reliability is of great significance to improving the product quality of hydraulic cylinders and the service performance of equipment systems.The research on the reliability of hydraulic cylinders in my country,especially its comprehensive test methods and test devices,needs to be promoted urgently.In order to meet this demand,A method for reliability test of hydraulic cylinder under high oil temperature and environmental stress of lateral force and a new comprehensive test device for hydraulic cylinder reliability with power recovery function are developed.In the development process,the overall design was first combined with the functional requirements,and then based on the overall design scheme and modular design ideas,the mechanical bench,hydraulic system,electrical and measurement and control system software and hardware,reliability data analysis software,etc.The module has been specifically designed and developed.Finally,through the integration of each module,the calibration of sensor parameters and the debugging of the whole system,the development of a new comprehensive test device for the reliability of the hydraulic cylinder is completed.As an equipment test,the type test and reliability test of a precision hydraulic cylinder were carried out with the developed new test bench,and the reliability of a complete sample data was analyzed by the developed reliability test data analysis system,and the hydraulic Cylinder reliability distribution function,failure rate function and reliability feature quantity.The new comprehensive test device for hydraulic cylinder reliability developed has the following characteristics:(1)In the design of the hydraulic system,the test cylinder and the rodless cavity of the loading cylinder are connected and filled with convective high-pressure oil.By supplying a large flow of hydraulic oil to the rod cavity,and using the pressure difference to drive the top cylinder,this kind of the method is very suitable for reliability test or durability test of hydraulic cylinder,which can greatly save energy consumption.(2)Based on the modular design idea,the mechanical bench,hydraulic system,measurement and control system and electrical system are developed,and the strong and weak cables,oil pipes and air pipes between each module are connected by plug-in type,and the system integration is completed.Commissioning,moving and equipment management and maintenance bring great convenience.(3)The test device can not only carry out conventional type test or factory test of hydraulic cylinder,but also carry out reliability test under rated stress level or accelerated stress level.The adjustable or spectrum loading stress includes hydraulic cylinder eccentric load force,oil Temperature,pressure and speed,covering the stress environment of hydraulic cylinders in actual work.The new comprehensive test device for hydraulic cylinder reliability developed has the characteristics of energy saving,high detection accuracy and safety and reliability,which provides an excellent test platform for promoting the research of hydraulic cylinder reliability in my country. |
