With the rapid development of rural economy in Hunan province, the requirement about the performance of the road is become more and more high. So there were a lot of problems what was about of upgrading and rebuilding on the cement concrete pavement in country, the pavement design in the process of reconstruction was complexity, asphalt pavement and concrete pavement were not widely used because they had many problems and defects. Roller compacted concrete pavement construction with simple rapid, high strength, good durability, less construction pollution etc, compared with ordinary concrete, the cost that was more outstanding can saved 10%-40%.At the same time,the weakness were also outstanding, such as smoothness,abrasion resistance and anti-slide performance were not good enough.Therefore, the rural highway pavement construction was in view of in the article required by the simple quick, good durability, low cost, easy maintenance, a new type of fiber and latex powder on modified roller compacted concrete pavement structure was designed, in order to verify the rationality and practicability of the pavement structure, the following research was made:(1)The theoretical basis what about fiber and latex powder on modified roller compacted concrete was systematic researched, and was analyzed with relevant experimentation;(2)The optimization program of the ingredient about fiber and latex powder on modified roller compacted concrete was designed, the dosage and type of the material was selected;(3)Based on a large number of literature and actual work experience, the simple algorithm suitable for the mixing proportion design of rural highway pavement was put forward;(4)The mechanical property about fiber and latex powder on modified roller compacted concrete was researched, and the modification effect of latex powder and fiber was analyzed.
