With the continuous development of science and technology, complex and huge system mechanical equipment constantly improve the reliability, work environment continue to improve, people more and more influences on the system, people by error has become one of the important reasons of the accident, become one of the biggest factors of influence on the system’s security. Subway traffic control of the central nervous system is the subway traffic dispatcher, metro safety safeguard, accident under the subway system is the ultimate protection and recovery mechanism. Therefore, how to effectively prevent and reduce the subway passenger traffic emergency response of people because of errors, thus improve the safety and reliability in the process of accident treatment is the subway safety problems to be solved. Therefore, subway traffic dispatcher team, the author of this paper due to study the mechanism of error, so as to find less people by error optimization scheme, and tests this with the typical cases.First, the subway traffic dispatcher system collaborative relationships, and build the dispatcher team emergency response cycle model. From man, machine, ring, management" four aspects of the role and function of subway vehicle scheduling system, Then, combining with the system engineering, human-computer ergonomics and cognitive psychology, dispatching team building subway emergency response cycle model, this model is dispatching emergency response cognitive model, the dispatching team emergency response process is divided into three phases: information processing, diagnostic, and decision-making and execution phase.Secondly, based on the entropy weight method for dispatching by error patterns and factors affecting the weight sorting and results analysis, and put forward the corresponding suggestion. Calculating weight top five influence factors of individual: business familiarity, knowledge, experience, attention, sense of responsibility and the language specification. Four shift factors for: for weighting the match experience, to discuss cooperation ability, situation prediction ability and communication skills. On the results of the study, suggest to prevent dispatching people by error measures, such as, mutual control mechanism for the establishment and implementation, realize dispatching work, because of mistakes can repair.Again, the subway passenger traffic team emergency response procedures for reliability optimization. Using Petri nets to simulate the subway passenger traffic emergency response process, affecting the metro transportation scheduling shift people due to the errors of main influence factors for further analysis, and the dispatching system for reliability vulnerable, optimization problems of emergency response program, put forward four kinds of optimization scheme: increase mutual control mechanism of policy makers, increase the circulation path, increase the repeat information flow mechanism, to reduce redundant serial path.Finally, based on the typical cases of people because of the application of reliability optimization scheme. Taking a subway an accident rescue case as an example, the application of the proposed optimization dispatching emergency response plan, and based on the time Petri nets calculation of dispatching team in dealing with the accident rescue emergency response time range, which determine the subway passenger traffic team for reliability measure, and compared with the actual to prove its rationality and practical value.
