Analysis and evaluation of water environment is according to certain standard and evaluation method to assess the quality of the water environment, analyzed development trend of environmental quality, evaluate the impact of human activities on water environment quality. Water is fundamental to the survival of all biological natural resources and strategic economic resources, economic development and ecological environment improvement of irreplaceable natural resources. In recent years, with the rapid development of social and economic production and living water consumption and pollutant emissions and increasing. By the lack of water resources and water environment pollution of continuous increase of the water resources crisis, has become one of the important factors of restricting economic and social sustainable development.This article is on the collecting and organizing yichun area of all kinds of water environment monitoring sites of water quality data, on the basis of evaluating the regional water environment quality, analysis of the surface water environmental carrying capacity, water function area protection requirement and the water quality target as the core, in accordance with the approved water self-purification law of different functional areas; With water environmental carrying capacity as the constraint condition, combining yichun area social and economic development layout, the pollution level and the relevant laws and regulations requirements, analysis of water into the river pollution gross area limitation. (1) the tangwanghe has yichun area, the hulan river, yichun river main river water environment quality is not ideal, such as surface water environment quality standard III water river points only accounted for 17.4%.
