| Automobile industry was developed quickly in China today. It brought convenience for people to travel, it also brought the shortage of resources and environmental pollution. Energy saving and environmental protection had become one of the important issues in the automotive industry. The structure of intelligent stop-start system structure was based on the original vehicle. It was transformed and optimized. The cost of transformation was low. And it could improve the fuel economy. Therefore it had great development prospects. More people noticed the importance of environmental issues with the country increasingly stringent emission regulations. It promoted the development of intelligent stop-start system.The bus is one of the main means of transportation for people’s daily life. In order to solve the problem of energy saving,environmental protection and dynamic performance of the bus, the intelligent start-stop system was adopted to improve the fuel economy and dynamic performance of the bus. The main work was as follows:1.The structure of intelligent start-stop system was analyzed. The control method the bus was formulated.2.The model of the bus with intelligent start-stop system and without intelligent start-stop system was established in AVL-Cruise software.3.In the ECE, EUDC, NEDC circulation conditions, the fuel consumption of the bus with intelligent stop-start system and without intelligent stop-start system was calculated. In the NEDC circulation conditions, the exhaust emissions were calculated.4.The dynamic performance was calculated. The maximum speed, acceleration time, maximum climbing gradient and power factor was calculated.5.The program of controller of the bus was compiled in Code Warrior software. The design of the controller was completed. The sensor was added in the bus. And the bus was refitted.6.The intelligent start-stop system was verified by real vehicle test.The results of simulation and real vehicle test showed that the fuel economy, emission performance and dynamic performance of the bus with intelligent stop-start system were improved. The intelligent start-stop system was suitable for popularization and application. |
