The automatic ramming organ system is an important part of the large caliber gun. The reliability of the automatic ramming organ system has a direct influence on if the system can complete the mission and the gun’s firing rate. Automatic ramming organ system test will record the running state parameters signal of the automatic ramming organ system, provide the prerequisite for the fault diagnosis prediction of the automatic ramming organ system and sufficient data support for improving automatic ramming system reliability.Through analysis related signal ADMAS simulation during exercise of the feed mechanism, shell transfer arm, rammer of the automatic ramming organ system, set up an automatic ramming organ system state parameters test system, which is made up of a set of laser displacement sensor, encoder, angular velocity sensor, angle sensor, pressure sensor, data acquisition card, industrial computer and PC software. Design test system software based on LabVIEW. The system software includes test system calibration module, data acquisition module and historical data transferred and the data processing module. Dispatched by the main module of each sub-module, complete calibration test system, data collection, processing. Take use of related equipment to calibrate the test system. Conduct a series of test experiment for the automatic ramming organ system and get a part of accurate and reliable experimental data. Experiment shows that:the test system software is simple, high stability, data processing strongly, test system can be good for the completion of the automatic ramming organ system test task; The test result with ADMAS simulation do a comparative analysis.Do some research on the rotating angle of the analog output sensor while doing the automatic ramming organ system test, design and implement a magnetic angle sensor. Use magneto-resistive chip HMC1512 and Hall sensor chip SS495 of Honeywell as sensitive component, design conditioning circuit for the output of sensitive component. Complete the permanent magnet and the bearing selection, design structure and housing of the sensor. Written in LabVIEW program solver magnetic angle sensor output and calibrate the sensor, calibration result shows that:in the range of 0°~360°, repeatability error 0.58%, hysteresis error 0.33%, overall error1.82%; Analysis the main error factors which impact the precision of the magnetic sensitive angle sensor. The magnetic angle sensor is used in the automatic ramming organ system test, measure the same angle parameter with encoder. Finally, the magnetic angle sensor test result make a comparison with encoders.
