As is known to all, the 120 emergency vehicles, 110 patrol cars and 119 fire engines in the face of the rescue, can ignore traffic lights. This is because life is more important than everything. At the moment of saving life, we can be flexible about the traffic rules to let life go ahead of the rest. The law of our country stipulates clearly "similar to a police car, fire truck, ambulance, rescue vehicles and other special vehicles in performing an urgent task, to enjoy the priority right of way, in the premise of ensuring safety, without driving route, driving direction or driving speed and lights, other vehicles and pedestrians shall let them go first". But in real life, the ideal is still a great gap. Because most of the time, there are a lot of private car in the intersection of the special vehicle front, led to the privilege(ignore traffic lights) of special vehicles can not be used.In order to solve the above problems, this paper provides a complete set of traffic emergency solution. We embedded RFID reader on the lights installed or under the ground near the stop line, using 2.45 GHz microwave system, special vehicles(such as emergency vehicles) with semi active RFID tags to realize of special vehicle identification and intersection traffic flow information acquisition and application in the emergency traffic scheme of switching or delay of a green signal light emergency traffic scheme, by using RFID vehicle networking technology. This paper also proposes that we can transfer the collected vehicle through each intersection signal for the nodes of the mesh network between each other neighboring nodes, or transfer into the internet through the gateway for the background processing system. When the traffic emergency solution about delaying encountered green lights stills can not solve the serious traffic jam. In this paper, the introduced after optimized the SPFA algorithm to calculate optimal path to reach the next intersection to provide a bypass the congested road, as an emergency command and dispatch function. In addition,this paper also through the experimental study, further put forward the series innovative solutions such as the introduction of the priority tag, green letter delivery and SPFA algorithm optimization to improve the overall effect of this set of traffic emergency solution.
