Analysis On The Influence Degree Of Russian Jiala Reservoir And Bourgeia Reservoir On The Mainstream Flood In Heilongjiang Province

Flood disaster is one of the most serious natural disaster which often occurred in China, the characteristic of being the border of China and Russia makes it more complicated to research the flood damage, the influence of Jieya river and Bulieya river which are the two largest branch on Heilongjiang river on left bank can not be ignored, Jieya and Bulieya reservoir play a positive role in flood-control.Through analysis the Heilongjiang river flood in 2013, find out what contribute the flood and calculate the influence of Jieya and Blulieya reservoir on flood peak of Jiayin by Muskingum method, then evaluate the level of influence.The result show that Jieya and Bulieya river improve the level of Heilongjiang river flood, but the damage of downstream is reduced due to the extraordinary flood-control of the two reservoir, this two reservoir reduce the reappearing period from 50 years a time to 20 years a time.
