Research On Subcontract Management Of ZETT Power Grid Construction

ZETT is a company specializing in High-Voltage electric power transmission line and substation construction. ZETT have outsourced many construction works to sub-contractor. Based on ZETT outsourcing management analysis, the author finds out the reasons for outsourcing which are cost cutting, core competence, accumulating knowledge and business expanding. The thesis points out problems existing in ZETT outsourcing work and analyzes the reasons. At the end of thesis, the author presences the solutions on ZETT outsourcing work.Although the thesis is focusing on ZETT outsourcing work, ZETT is a leading company in China Electric Power State Grid construction market.
