Research On Risk Identification And Control Of Logistics Outsourcing Of Home Appliances Retailers In E-commerce Environment

With the development of e-commerce,the change of consumption behavior and consumption mode,consumers are more favored by purchasing the favorite items online and collecting new products directly at home.The network sales of home appliances puts higher requirements on the logistics system.As an important link connecting retailers and consumers,logistics and distribution is regarded as the last and most promising link to reduce costs and improve efficiency.In order to reduce the risk of high value,high inventory,short life cycle and other risks,overcome the difficulties in the packaging and transportation of home appliances,and provide more efficient logistics and distribution services,home appliance retailers have chosen to outsource logistics to professional third parties.Logistics service provider.However,while logistics outsourcing brings economic benefits to home appliance retailers,there are also a series of risks such as the decline of logistics service quality,out of control of business processes and low user satisfaction due to the capabilities of third-party logistics service providers and opportunistic behavior.In order to balance and control the logistics outsourcing risk of home appliance retailers,the paper identifies the logistics outsourcing risk of home ap-pliance retailers,constructs the SD model of outsourcing risk control system,and provides countermeasures for risk control of logistics outsourcing through simulation analysis of control strategy.Firstly,by combing relevant literature,combining the main body of the logistics retailer's logistics outsourcing,the outsourcing operation environment,and the outsourcing operation process to identify the outsourcing risk factors,the main risks of logistics outsourcing are summarized according to the risk consequences;Secondly,from the perspective of risk control,the logistics outsourcing risk system is divided into logistics outsourcing risk subsystem,logistics outsourcing performance subsystem and control strategy subsystem,and the mechanism of each subsystem is defined,and the relationship between them is analyzed.The system causal loop diagram is drawn again and the main feedback loop is clarified to construct the SD flow diagram of the logistics outsourcing risk control system of the home appliance retailer.Take the official flagship store of T-mall platform in a home appliance retail as an example to assign values to the parameters and variables in the model,and perform stability test and historical test on the model.Finally,through the parameter adjustment,the simulation analysis of logistics outsourcing risk control is carried out from four aspects: performance management,relationship management,quality management and process management.Analyze the impact of various control strategy changes on logistics outsourcing risk and risk control,and balance the relationship between cost generated by risk control and logistics outsourcing performance.According to the simulation results of the model and the actual situation of the home appliance retailer,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the logistics outsourcing risk control of the home appliance retailer are proposed.The research finds that the control strategy can effectively reduce the risk of outsourcing.When the effectiveness of the control strategy is reduced,the risk of logistics outsourcing is correspondingly improved;Risk control has time lag,which affects risk control;The implementation of risk control has a dual nature.The higher the effectiveness of the control strategy,the higher the cost.For A home appliance retailers,when the risk control cost accounts for 15% of the logistics outsourcing cost,the home appliance retailer has the highest performance in logistics outsourcing.
