Biochemical analyzer is one of the preferred instrument for clinical test of today’s medical institutions, it forms the biochemical indexes by test on human blood and various body fluids, detection value compared with the standard value and determine whether there is abnormal changes in the body of the test equipment.In this paper, the main research is the temperature control system of the biochemical analyzer, which is the detection of sample and reagent only at a specified temperature (37.00℃) inspection, to obtain accurate can be used to reference data, so that the Heng Wen system plays a vital role in the composition of the biochemical analyzer. This design is a SOPC system to achieve in the FPGA, Nios Ⅱ as the core processing unit, Nios Ⅱ control the temperature control system of each unit and assisted by the soft and hardware resource, Design and Simulation of hardware circuit in the Quartus Ⅱ development environment using Verilog HDL, the hardware of the system using FPGA to achieve, The hardware part consists of:values of temperature acquisition and display part, a main controller, a temperature control circuit, keyboard input control part, C language as the control procedure of the software program, And to the temperature range setting system and finally display data with the initial design compared to, not in the temperature range of the temperature value through the semiconductor temperature control system of heating or cooling, temperature control precision to achieve ± 0.01℃ Temperature control precision, can meet the requirements of medical inspection.
