Weighing measurement, as a product of modern civilization, has been playing a vital part in the daily activities of human society and industry’s progress. Manual operation method is usually adapted to weighting. The disadvantage of this approach is that it’s a waste of human resources and could not prevent cheating. Aiming at the shortage of the present method of weighing, a long-distance network weighing monitor system based on the technology of Internet of Things is designed.The main content of this article is as follows:1) The article is based on a company’s goods weighing process as the background, then through the adjustments to the weighing measurement, using the purchase of the company’s raw materials and the company’s sales process as well as the production order of products as the center, applying and integrating the common classical weighing machines such as truck, rail and other precision machine facility into the system, then combining multiple weighing anti cheating technology and using automatic control technology, network technology, multimedia technology, computer technology, database and data structure technology and so on to make the weighing center to remote metering control operations center and also make the delivery personnel can be independent or help to do the remote metering operation. In this way, all remote measurement modules are integrated into a system, to achieve the purpose of remote weighing.2) The system flow of the study is as follows: in this system, the bottom of the signal acquisition is that the PC machine use the TCP/IP agreement through the method of Socket to exchange the date information with the measurement and control center and the network protocol of the system architecture use the standard OSI model of the physical and data link layer of the IEEE802 standard. They use two different loop when sending and receiving message data, and the circuit is connected with the client / server mode and in the TCP / IP socket interface, the client / server mode is very convenient.3) From the two aspects of hardware and software for remote weighing metering system are studied, the hardware part mainly based on the system’s overall structure for each module circuit design and the various parts for the system hardware chip selection, such as the main control chip cc2530 in each node、the AD converter LTC1865 chip、gateway of STM32 chip and the choice of the weighing sensor. In the aspect of software, it focuses on the system’s sense layer and application layer of programming design and debugs operation and each module are introduced in detail about the program code, and the function,、the result of debugging interface.A long-distance network weighing monitor system based on the technology of Internet of Things is designed through programming debugging work and hardware circuit design. This system realizes the intelligentization of weighting control, makes staff to weigh the goods through controlling computer remotely, without an operator present. Compared with manual operation method, in the new system, precision of control and quality level of administration increased. The level of enterprise informational management is also increased.
