| The oil industry plays a fundamental role in economic development.The importance of oil resources calls for the research about oil-drillingequipment. The inspection of drill pipes requires tough standards becauseany negligent act could lead to serious production accidents. Existingracking platforms cannot satisfy the inspection requirements and thus aportable drill pipes inspection vehicle is in need.This paper summarizes existing research at home and abroad usingmethods such as synthesis, statistics, literature review and practiceproof. Computer graphics software is also applied in the design ofportable drill pipes inspection vehicle, which interacts design withvirtual production and improves the feasibility of the modeling designof inspection vehicle.This paper first analyzes the situation of product design andapplication and explains the motivation of designing a portable drillpipes inspection vehicle after investigating the current situation ofpipes inspection. Modified design can help improve the quality andefficiency and solve the problem of drill pipes inspection. The processof product design and application includes four aspects: preparation,product planning, modeling design and design commercialization. The paperfollows this process and analyzes the form and structure of portable drillpipes inspection vehicles. The modeling design of portable drill pipesinspection vehicles includes material, color and innovation in order tomeet the demand of current users. The design incorporates the theoriesabout product design and application system and lays the foundation offuture industrial production.By examining the design and application of portable drill pipesinspection vehicles, this paper explores the design and applicationsystem of the product, improves the efficiency of drill pipes inspection,optimizes product design and provides some theoretical evidence forfuture research. Employing the research on product design and applicationsystem can improve the quality of drill pipes inspection and practicecreative thinking skills, and thus generate substantial economic andsocial benefits and expand the product design system of inspectionvehicle. |
