Quality Management Method Of Construction Engineering Based On Benchmarking Management Mode

The completion of a construction project, from planning to completion inspection andacceptance, the input of labor, materials, energy and money were quite large. The quality of theproject was not only related to the applicability of the project, but also the survival and therelationship between the enterprise’s safety of life and property. So how to ensure the constructionquality, reduce quality accident, had important practical significance.This paper first analyzed the significance of improving the quality of management level, andthe research situation of domestic and international quality management and benchmarkingmanagement, then introduced the theories related to quality management and benchmarking.Then, this paper established a scientific and mathematical model, using fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to benchmark object selection, for selection of benchmarkingtarget. This model studied the five elements, i.e., construction workers, building materials,construction machinery, methods and construction environment.Meanwhile, this paper analyzed the current existing in the quality of construction projectmanagement. Based on the engineering project quality management theory, using benchmarkingmanagement theory and international benchmarking management experience, this paper broughtthe benchmarking theory into engineering project quality management.Finally, according to the procedure of construction project quality control, this paperestablished the model of quality management method of construction project based onbenchmarking management.For example, this paper introduced the project of one company how to carry outbenchmarking activities and achievements. And this paper compared with other engineeringanalysis and drew the conclusion.The paper argues that, if the benchmarking management theory and project qualitymanagement theory in combination, introduced advanced foreign management benchmarkingtheory, learn their advanced management methods and experience, and effectively applied to theproject quality management, it is possible to solve the problems of our country’s constructionproject quality management problems, but also very helpful to improve the overall quality ofmanagement.
