At present,China's economy has been in a rapid and steady growth rate,and the scope and field of engineering construction projects are increasing.With the development of urbanization,the number of urban residents is also increasing.For the construction of houses,factories,transportation sites,etc.The demand for the project is also increasing.With the increase of engineering constaiction projects,the quality of engineering probl-ems has become increasingly prominent.The engineering construction project generally has a long construction period,many on-site construction requirenents,complicated constr-uction technology and high quality requirements.Therefore,it is of great practical signific-ance to study the system and methods of quality management evaluation of engineering constrlction projects for improving the quality assurance of engineering construction proje-cts and optimizing the quality management system and methods.This paper first systematically expounds the synthesize estimation theory of engineering quality management,overview 0f life cycle management theory of construction projects,and introduces several commonly used modem synthesize estimation methods,such as The analytic hierarchy process,The analytic network hierarchy process and The fuzzy synthesize estimation method.Secondly,engineering construction project management can be divided into the following processes according to the whole life cycle of engineering constaiction:quality management in the decision-making stage,quality management in the construction preparation stage,quality management in the construction stage,quality management in the completion stage,quality management in the use and maintenance stage.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of engineering quality management,combined with the design principles of the evaluation index system,the deslgn and selection of evaluation indicators are carried out,and a comprehensive evaluation index system for quality management of construction projects is constructed.Finally,the ANP-FUZZY method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of quality management of engineering construction projects.The weight of index system is mainly constructed by ANP method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of engineering construction projects is established.Using ANP-FUZZY method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of five engineering quality management is carried out.The evaluation results are ranked as E>B>C>D>A according to the comprehensive score.In view of the comprehensive evaluation of the quality management of various projects,some quality managenent suggestions with strong objectives are put forward,such as the preparation of project quality management plan,strengthening the collection and collation of project quality information,the selection and control of key control points in construction,and improving the construction quality inspection system.Through a series of quantitative indicators to determine the focus and direction of the next work,to provide a basis for quality management of construction projects.Figure[17]table[23]reference[55]...
