Research On Quality Management In The Construction Phase Of Expressway Engineering Construction Project

As the basic engineering construction project related to the national economy and people's livelihood,the construction quality of expressway engineering construction project is particularly concerned.Therefore,the quality management of the expressway construction project during the construction phase must be combined with systematic theories,processes,and methods to ensure the final quality of the engineering entity.Through the strict control of the entire construction cycle during the construction phase,it can achieve the comprehensive goals of reducing construction consumption,shortening the construction cycle,effectively improving the quality of building entities,and improving the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.Construction project management personnel need to focus on the entire construction process,use a scientific and reasonable organizational structure to promote the progress of construction operations,and work with the overall construction personnel to create a good quality management process in the construction phase.Quality management has always been the focus of expressway construction companies,especially in the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry,how to strictly control the main influencing factors of quality management in the construction stage of expressway engineering construction projects,and improve the construction quality by gradually improving the construction quality management methods and processes has become a key research topic in the field of expressway construction.The thesis adopts a variety of theories and methods,such as total quality management theory,analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to evaluate and analyze the quality management work in the construction phase of expressway construction projects.From the research of related theories and literature,to the systematic analysis of specific engineering examples,the main research contents are as follows:(1)To clarify the subject direction of the thesis through literature research and background investigation.This thesis summarizes the construction stages of construction projects and related theories of quality management,and also summarizes the development history of the relevant theories and the latest research results.(2)According to the construction characteristics of highway engineering construction projects,the quality management influencing factors are comprehensively divided,and 8 influencing factors and 25 specific indicators are summarized.The method of combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to construct the model according to the influencing factors,and the corresponding quality management index evaluation system for the construction stage was established.(3)Carry out empirical analysis of construction quality management for highway engineering construction projects,and apply the established model to actual construction project.Carry on systematic analysis to the evaluation index,and obtain the overall evaluation conclusion of the actual project case level.(4)Based on the weight and evaluation of the influencing factor indicators,analyze the main factors that cause the quality management problems of expressway construction projects,and propose solutions to the main influencing factors according to actual cases.On this basis,according to the problems and shortcomings of universal quality management in the whole construction period of the whole construction stage,putting forward some suggestions on standardized universal quality management.In conclusion,the thesis is guided by relevant theories and supported by practical cases to discuss the quality management direction of infrastructure construction in the new era,hoping to provide some innovative ideas for the research of quality management during the construction phase of highway engineering construction projects.
