| With the full liberalization of Chinese architectural design industry and the construction industry increasingly competitive market, many domestic and abroad Architectural Design Institute will directly face the strong challenge of various competitors. In order to enhance their market competitiveness and gain the upper hand, architectural design units must be thinking of management reform and innovation, attract outstanding management experience of domestic and foreign advanced design and design units. The starting point is set to the "giant" on the shoulder, which we can carry out from a high perspective start and gradually establish a modern enterprise system in management and the real structural transformation of Architectural Design Institute. This paper discusses the architectural design of project management concepts and features, along with the architectural design of our project management unit of the situation to do a more in-depth analysis.
