With the comprehensive renovation and upgrade of electricity distribution network, the various types of cable have been changed from overhead way to underground cable channel. At the same time, the number of cable lines of underground cable channel and power equipment have increased, channel architecture is increasingly sophisticated. testing and maintenance of their breakdown is tough, and the dielectric strength, waterproof sealing and installation technology of power cable accessories (include intermediate head, end connector, and so on) are very demanding, so the workers of site construction operation need to have higher operating level. Considering the questions, for example, the distribution of cable trench is dispersive, and cable channel equipment and line running environment are hard to monitor, and so on, we can utilize sensory networks that can be flexible networking, easy Installation and have high practicability and reliability, to realize the all-weather condition monitoring system of cable channels within the cable and electric power equipment running environment. The main contents of this article have the following several aspects:1.Considering the actuality that the number of cable lines of underground cable channel and power equipment has been increased, channel architecture is increasingly sophisticated, and the operating environment of cables and electric equipment is hard to monitor; summarize the underground cable tunnel safety monitoring and forecast of related technology at home and abroad.2.By studying the influence of the underground cable channel security status to the normal operation of power supply of transmiting electricity and power supply, select three important environmental parameters (temperature, humidity and ion of smoke) that can cause and reflect underground cable channel security state to be the safe state monitoring objects, and introduce the working principle of sensor; considering that the load of underground cable channel and power cable is increasing, the structure is becoming more and more complicated and the influence of temperature and humidity environment factors such as fault form is more and more, confirm the necessity of the wireless sensor network technology research and discussion, therefore decided to adopt intelligent wireless sensor network for online monitoring of environment parameters of underground cable channels.3.According to the monitoring system requirements, design and develop the on-line monitoring system for underground cable channels, write the communication protocol parsing program using multithreading technology, analysis wireless transmission of data frames, deposit the monitoring data to the database and display them in real-time monitoring interface; next according to the actual monitoring requirements and equipment installation requirements of 220 kv waist station transformer substation in cable trench of Yunnan Chuxiong, and wireless sensor network monitoring and communication equipment, establish 220 kv waist station electric fire monitoring system online in Yunnan Chuxiong.4.Using the BP neural network algorithm and select eigenvalue of arithmetic sample at the same time that based on the theory basis for procedures for monitoring feature and relevant standard of electric industry, proceed data grid training, test and establish optimization model, assess the safe state level of cable chute and couple back warning information to monitoring personnel in time.
