Accident prevention, early warning forecast and emergency rescue measures are needed to lag behind the work, there is a lot of road traffic accidents on the rebound. Landslides, the rolling stones injuries, the tunnel collapsed bridge collapses for falling rocks and road traffic accidents has become a threat to the people's lives and property security, social harmony and stability of the major factor.Safe monitoring with the naked eye, a simple test for monitoring the development of the instruments that are being progressively implement automation, high precision telemetry systems. Provide the basis for determining technical standards of solutions of safety monitoring system of mountain and tunnel concerning road.Scientific practice proved system mechanism of precision, full mobility, visualization more close to actual needs and scientific characteristics. With the rapid reaction without artificial intervention of the public service system will travel to support the establishment of the advanced and standardization and scientific methodology has the support of the security management system.
