Research On The Related Problems Of MRO Support System For Equipment Use Enterprise

Large and complex equipment is necessary for nation-building and promoting national economic development, which has a complex structure, long life cycle, diverse maintenance mode, a special working environment, clutter maintenance data and other characteristics. Doing sustainable MRO service for facilities can effectively extend the life cycle of the equipment. In recent years, with the increasing kinds of equipment, After sales maintenance of equipment manufacturing industry independent service of the fragmented business cannot meet the demand for equipment maintenance. Hence developing corporate-oriented MRO support system is necessary. There are some main problems how to choose the right equipment maintenance strategy to improve productivity and reduce equipment maintenance costs in the MRO business support systems. In this paper, we based on the service characteristics of the MRO, studied the maintenance strategy of MRO support system.At first, this paper represented present situation of the equipment MRO support system in detail, analyzed the equipment using features of the MRO service enterprise, and also analyzed the usage of equipment MRO service in enterprise core business. Aimed at the opportunity maintenance and repair two special maintenance maintenance process for equipment in enterprises MRO service maintenance, we put forward a contains maintenance objects, determination conditions and maintenance plan of the three elements of general maintenance policy mechanism. Using this mechanism could unify the form of Maintain, and maintenance of BOM structure was designed in order to realize the management of equipment maintenance information. Based on the analysis of the data service as well as the relationship between the various entities, set up BOM maintenance as the core, to signal monitoring data matching maintenance policy is complementary system overall frame, and on OpenERP platform to realize the function module.Aimed at the characteristics of complex equipment of concrete pump truck, such as, high technical content, easy to wear. This article designed the MRO system applying to the pump truck MRO service, and tested the maintenance policy and maintenance BOM function, the results showed that the developed system can meet the needs of the pump truck MRO service.
