With the competition of domestic and foreign markets becoming whitehot,various advanced manufacturing modes have been developed rapidly and widely applied.With the rise of service-oriented manufacturing and maintenance outsourcing paradigm,more and more manufacturing enterprises rapidly respond to the challenges of changing and diversified product demands of market segments through the business mode of “equipment leasing +maintenance outsourcing”,while reducing the investment in fixed assets.According to the production characteristics of the production,opportunistic maintenance evaluation scheduling is developed to dynamically plan equipment predictive maintenance cycle,considering remanufacturing cost control for health management.In this case,not only the original equipment manufacturers can achieve the leasing profit maximization,but also production interruption can be avoided and the stable quality of products could be guaranteed.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:1.Under the stable flowshop production mode,in view of the complex structure of the series-parallel systems and the capacity constriants of multiple procedures,an opportunistic maintenance strategy based on capacity balancing is proposed to maximize leasing profits.Besides,the capacity balancing of the whole system is also considered.Sequential maintenance scheduling for each machine with individual health evolution aims to minimize the maintenance cost rate.This capacity balancing-oriented leasing profit optimization(CBLPO)policy is carried out considering the different impact of serial and parallel relationship on system capacity.2.Under the production mode of mass customization,randomness of batches,strategy of equipment remanufacturing and calculation of leasing profit savings are taken into consideration when this remanufacturing-oriented leasing profit optimization of opportunisitic maintenance policy are put forward which is driven by production batches.This strategy takes the setup time between batches as the maintenance opportunity and gives full consideration of the health evolution of machines before and after the remanufacturing.The due predictive maintenance schedule of machine-layer output are adjusted through the leasing profit calculation.The lessors execute an early or a delayed maintenance or even cancel maintenace and recycle the machine based on the economic influence of the choices.Therefore,not only the downtime can be avoided during the batch production duration,but also the age of equipment could be extended.Moreover,the OEMs can achieve the leasing profit maximization.
