Currently, large-tonnage all terrain cranes have been more widely used in large construction projects. However, because the characteristics of its operations, the chassis is constituted by a number of bridges, the suspension bridge is formed between its multi-agency interconnect buffer and dynamic adaptation parameters; The structural arrangement and dynamic parameters match of the suspension mechanism become a problem. Therefore, "The study of large tonnage all-terrain crane special chassis key technologies" is listed as important disciplines project in Shan xi province (Jin Textbooks [2012] 145), this paper focuses on studying of the structural arrangement and cushioning properties of pneumatic suspension system.In this paper, pneumatic suspension system of kiloton nine-axle all terrain crane as the research object established two chamber pneumatic suspension cylinders, pneumatic suspension system Bridging physical models and nine bridges vehicle pneumatic suspension systems, nonlinear mathematical model, vibration model, the simulation model and the B、C、D different levels of road excitation model; the simulation results of the model:the output characteristics of two chamber suspension cylinders with nonlinear resistance, verified the correctness of the model; on the same road excitation, interconnects pneumatic suspension system can be more effective to isolate road vibration, reduced body vertical acceleration and increased the comfort of occupants than stand-pneumatic suspension system; when the initial pressure of accumulator is constant, body vibration severity is increasing with the addition of road excitation levels; on the same road excitation, different inflation pressure accumulator will have different vibration performance effects on the body, the inflation pressure accumulator value within a certain range increasing, the body’s acceleration constantly decreasing, increasing security and working conditions at the time of travel and the job of a nine axle all terrain crane.More research on the design and optimization of pneumatic suspension cylinder has a certain reference value, a mathematical model and vibration model provides a theory and method for the research design of the suspension system dynamic performance and multi-axle vehicle pneumatic suspension in the future.
