Study On Progress Control Of Urban Complex Design Project

The complex is the three or above are combined, the relationship between these items are not isolated, and is mutual interdependence, mutual benefit and mutual aid, such a complex is formed, which has two characteristics, first is a multiple functional, the second is highly efficient.When we improve the quality of commodity, the need of production time was shortened, so that the completion of the project within the specified time, and the design of a project is not a single, there are still many uncertainties in the development process, so the project follow-up,at a specified time to complete the work has become the most important part of the management in this work, the work look easy, but in practice, delay after a lot of things, and finally makes the affected the whole work, aiming at this problem, this paper uses the key chain method, when carrying out the research from the schedule, control progress,communication management method three aspects were studied in detail and at the same time this paper has a detailed analysis on the related key chain content were introduced,mainly the principle, ideas and concrete steps and so on, the use of critical chain method ofschedule plan and schedule control of Shanxi V project, the main goal is to shorten the construction period, reduce the impact of unexpected factors on the project, guarantee theproject smoothly complete.
