With the development of science and technology, people is higher and higher requirement for the reliability of the electric power communication equipment, so need to promptly to communications equipment for maintenance. The safe operation of power communication equipment’s relationship with the development of the national economy, the original planned maintenance has been unable to adapt to the current electricity demand, In electric power communication equipment immediately effective maintenance mode -- condition based maintenance has received widespread attention in power supply enterprise.In this paper, analyses the system of the problems existing in the equipment state overhaul of equipment condition evaluation, in combination with repair demand to build the equipment status and risk evaluation index system. Work carried out around equipment risk assessment integrating state evaluation. based on equipment condition assessment, assessment of severity equipment of likelihood and consequence of failure, determine the device faces and may lead to the risk, provide the basis for the equipment operation, maintenance, maintenance, testing, technical and other production work decision. By the empirical analysis and test, this method was evaluated with the current supply most of the enterprises adopt the integral or points of the same, with high precision, fast speed of evaluation, evaluation problem can characteristics to adapt a variety of equipment etc. Through the evaluation of research, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to optimize the maintenance, the repair process of equipment condition, can make the equipment timely economic effectively repair, have an important role to guarantee the safe operation of power supply enterprise.
