With the development of computer technology,the power simulation technology becomes more and more important in the power supply design.The power simulation technology has got more and more attention because that using it can not only shorten the development time,but also save cost. The system of CCD camera power supply with small volume and high precision of voltage need to be developed according to the actual situation of the follow-up study of National fund project (10978013). The simulation analysis and design of switch power supply based on this actual demand has carried out in this paper.Single software for the whole simulation is difficult due to the nonliner characteristics of switch power supply. In order to solve the above problems,,we made some efforts.First of all, a kind of co-simulation method between PSpice and Simulink applicable to different kinds of supply circuits is put forward in the paper, and its correctness and accuracy are verified through the comparison and analysis of the simulation and the measured data among three kinds of power conversion circuits; Secondly,a kind of power supply used by CCD camera combining switch with linear regulator is designed on the basis of the thorough research and analysis of the related theory and key technology of power supply used by CCD camera.The main design content includes:the design of power supply system of CCD camera and the detailed design of all modules of power circuits,and the modules of power circuits include electromagnetic interference filter circuit,input protection and rectifier circuit,high frequency transformer,passive clamping RCD circuit,control circuit, feedback circuit, output filter circuit, etc.;Finally,the models of all parts of the power of CCD camera are built in PSpice and Simulink according to the above co-simulation.The simulation results all meet the design requirements of the indicators,and the rationality of the design parameter of the power supply and the correctness of the design of the circuit principle diagram are all verified.
