As the key section of aviation transportation, aircraft maintenance plays a decisive role on flight safety. The field maintenance personnel are the main part of maintenance and having heavy responsibility. Their activities are the conclusive factors of maintenance quality. To analyze and research on human mistake is benefit for improving the management level of maintenance system, ensuring aircraft maintenance quality and decreasing flight unsafe factors.The paper embarks on the demand and function of our country economy and social development by the aviation transportation, combining with the present situation of Shenzhen Airlines maintenance, and expounds the neccessarity and importance of reseashing the maintenance mistake. Then it makes statistics and analysis of the five function parts of aviation maintenance system. Then simply analyze the theory module for maintenance mistake.To aim at the demand for aviation maintenance management, basing on risk management theory, towards to Safety Management System(SMS), appling the current popular security theory, focusing on information report, operation notice, event analysis processing, risk management, it designed a maintenance information and security risk management information platform for airlines. It uses bus network topology, and uses “deviation events form as database bottom layer, risk analysis and source identification as application layer, system management layer” as three-layer model software architecture, uses SQL Server as database development tool, Site Factory as system and separated function module development tool.The designed and development system can fit the requirements of business department after initial running.
