Research On Innovation Of Construction Safety Supervision In Beijing

In recent years,through the efforts of the Beijing Municipal Housing and urban construction related departments and the Beijing municipal construction related safety supervision,the work of safety in production of construction made great achievements.Although the Beijing construction production safety accident has been a certain degree of containment,the construction production and the overall situation is still grim.Security problem has become the main bottleneck of the sustainable development of construction industry.In order to fully enhance the important role of Beijing municipal government building construction safety supervision and management in curbing accidents,this paper from three aspects of law, system, mechanism of Beijing city construction safety supervision were research and innovation, aims to improve the working efficiency of the government construction safety supervision and management and take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of construction accidents.This paper based on our country under the new norm of construction safety supervision of various ambiguous problems.It draws lessons from the safety management experience of developed countries and regions,and puts forward policy recommendations to improve the construction safety supervision. To promote the construction of the city of Beijing, as well as to achieve the strategic planning of integration in jing-jin-ji is of great significance.
