Jining City A Project Based On BIM Informatization Construction Project Quality And Safety Supervision

As one of pillar industries of national economy in china,the building industry plays an important role.In the current progress of industrialization in china,the construction's output and employment both rose in recent years.But at the same time,safety of construction has been giving more and more prominence,posed a great threat to the safety of employment's life and property,also with adverse consequences for enterprise and country.Construction safety management of large-scale projects is getting more difficult,which have a long construction period,higher technical requirements and many uncertain influences.With the rapid development of construction technology,the traditional security management model seems to lag behind already,so we need to explore new modes of construction safety management.Then the advent of BIM technology,signaling that the construction industry has stepped into information times,which enormously promoted the development of building industry.If brings the technology to construction safety management,is it able to improve the current problems of safety management in construction.So the research of construction safety management based on BIM in building engineering,is topic which this article studies.This paper proposes the construction engineering quality and safety of informatization supervision based on BIM,in view of the investigation,analysis of the safety management of the construction company in the construction process,and the expectations of BIM technology applied to construction safety management.Around three big functions characteristics of BIM,based on BIM working content and methods of the construction project quality and safety supervision have been proposed.According to the practical engineering case of BIM model,which can realize four-dimensional construction simulation and collision detection technology security management platform,build visualization dynamic construction process of rehearsal,possible fall in the process of project construction,such as collision risk factors.Through optimizing construction scheme,establishing protection system and emergency measures to control the security risks,avoid or reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,implement safety management objectives.
