By our country’s climate condition, science and technology level, the energy structure and the economic factor as well as several aspects, determine the most suitable for heating way for centrol heating in China. At present, most of our urban areas are using the model of central heating in winter. However, there are many inadequacies in traditional heating mode, such as:the different distance between each other, unbalanced hydraulic conditions, the quality of pipe network, heat transfer equipment and other hardware environment varies, which will lead to lower heating efficiency, heating imbalance, energy waste, heating network fluctuation and other serious problems. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a new heating mode, the intelligent network. One of science and technology industrial park areas in Beijing including office buildings, schools, hospitals, commercial complexes and ordinary residence, which presented with a variety of user needs. In this paper, the characteristics of this industrial park heating mode has been improved, so that the heating load on this system to match the supply and demand to keep the system in balance, especially in the heating network which containing multiple heat sources, maintain exchange between the regional load values are equal with the plan, to achieve the balance of supply and demand in the heat load of each area, a new leakage detection and positioning device is also added in this system to improve the ability of excluding water leakage problems, which will ensure that the heating system is capable of long-term stable operation to minimize energy waste.
