With the rapid development of economy of China and ever-increasing standards of living, there is an increased need for heating requirements. The extension and scope have been enlarged; the types and means have also improved and refreshed simultaneously.As the major heating type for the north-east part of our country, Central heating system had gradually eliminated the traditional heating system. The traditional heating system caused some bad effects, such as severe environmental pollutions, energy consumptions, etc. But the arise of Central heating system could effectively resolve the problems mentioned above, thus to be more and more widely used.We should take advantage of all the resources available, such as computer technologies, industrial controllers and other IT technologies, to create an advanced Monitoring and Control System for Heating Network, in order to collect, transmit, monitor and control the working conditions of the heating network, provide some accurate and useful information for scientific purposes, enhance the reacting speed of relevant departments, provide working trend, reports, analysis of working state and control for us.
